Commissions open August 17th!
I'm taking a little time to clear my schedule and do some game dev, but here is a sneak peek of what I'll be offering! Prices start at $5 for small pieces, and I can also do animations (extra charge per frame). Stay tuned for the official opening announcement!

Terms Of Services

General

  • The artist reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason

  • If you are commissioning me, It means you accept my Terms of service

Payments

  • I only accept Payment through paypal, and all payments must be Paid in USD currency

  • for commission under 50$, full payment is required upfront. and for above 50$, 50% payment or full payment is required upfront

  • Prices may vary depending on complexity

  • Additional requests outside the original scope may incur extra charges

  • Rushed work will be charge more

Refund

  • You may cancel before I start for a full refund

  • Once work has begun, refunds will depend on the amount of work completed

  • No refunds after the final artwork has been delivered

Other

  • The client must give the references and state the deadline if needed

  • Up to 2 minor revisions are included

  • Major changes or redesigns after work has started may require an additional fee

  • Estimated completion time will be discussed before payment

  • Delays may occur due to personal circumstances, and I will notify you if they happen

I will draw

  • Cat

  • Pets

  • Game asset (Item, UI, Tileset, & etc)

  • Creature or Monster

  • Original character (but heavily stylzed)

  • Human (but heavily stylzed)

I won't draw

  • NSFW

  • Fetish art

  • Political things

  • Hate content

  • Requests that may put me at risk

  • AI / NFTs

Usage & Copyright

  • I reserve the right to: Include the artwork in my portfolio, share it on my social media, and Use it in non-commercial projects or promotional materials

  • If you wish to get full copyright or exclusive ownership of the artwork, this can be discussed separately and will require an additional fee.

The client may

  • Use the artwork for personal use

  • Upload it online with proper credit, just tag me or call my name (Eberu/Eberu Pixel)

  • Use it as a profile picture

  • Print it for personal use

  • Use the art as a reference for commissioning other artists

The client may NOT

  • Claim the artwork as their own

  • Remove the artist's signature (if present)

  • Resell the artwork

  • Mint or sell it as NFTs

  • Use it to train AI models

  • Redistribute it commercially unless commercial rights are purchased
